Pola

Pola provides a quick and easy way to create Polaroid-like photos from standard digital images. it is based on the original core idea of Polaroid.exe, a little software released in 22nd of November of 2007 at download.com

Version 3.0a provides much more enhancements and new features like PolaCam, the multisession creation of Polas capability, the Cartridge selection, allowing the user to experience with a new attractive concept of Pola, and new font colors and font types for commenting the Polas.

for those of you who have once requested this and do understand about command-line, now Pola in Terminal is possible ;)
you can create a batch of Polas (massive creation) by using PolaConsole on your Terminal
here's an example on how to use it:
[1] download Pola multiplatform (Linux download link)
[2] then run the following command on your Terminal to create your Pola:
java -Xmx1024M -jar Pola.jar -cartridgeSize=big -fontSize=medium -comment="MyLittle TRUCK :)" ./truck20.jpg
the output you will see is:
Processing...
Pola created ;)
[3] if you want to create a batch of Polas, just copy the code before and paste it in a shell executable file for each of the photos you want to Pola-process and then run it. all your photos will be Pola-processed with only one instruction!
[4] for more help on PolaConsole options just run this in command-line:
java -jar Pola.jar -help
